I wake up every morning
I face myself in the mirror
I'm always told the future is always bright
I guess it's something to believe in
I got this hopeful dreaming
But I think I'm just sick of the sight
And I don't know where I'm going, but I know I'm not alone, gotta find a place to call my home
And my life I'm re-writing, I can't stay here anymore, been stagnant far too long
And I know this escape could be wrong.
Don't take too long to make up your mind
I've made my choice I'm gonna leave town tonight
I wake up every morning
I face myself in the mirror
I'm always told the future is always bright
I guess it's something to believe in
I got this hopeful dreaming
But I think I'm just sick of the sight
And I don't know if I'm growing, but I know I'm not alone, gotta find a place where I'm unknown
And my life I'm re-writing, I can't stay here anymore, been stagnant far too long
And I know this escape could be wrong.
Don't take too long to make up your mind
I've made my choice I'm gonna leave town tonight
I'm tired of this feeling and I've got to move on
I'm tired of this feeling and I've got to move on
I'm tired of this feeling and I've got to move on
I'm tired of this feeling and I've got to move on
I've got to move on, to a place where I belong
Don't take too long to make up your mind
I've made my choice I'm gonna leave town tonight
Don't take too long to make up your mind
I've made my choice I'm gonna breakout tonight

Painted Windows

Painted windows, closing signed, a town stained grey, suspended in time,
empty buildings and sequestered streets, community muted made a gallant feat.
A family business, that corner store, a hundred year legacy up for sale, from the deficit they must flee.
Things have change this place ain't the same, our degenerate town, it's decaying
You tell me what you see, whats wrong with this scene
Divide and conquer of the meek
In the rough part of town competitions are fierce, between rival neighborhoods, those battles are long and misunderstood.
After the fray, whats left of the vacant, all pushed aside amongst rubble and dive, shout and screaming abuse at passers by.
It's a mass of concrete and stone, our degenerate town, it's decaying.
You tell me what you see, whats wrong with this scene
Divide and conquer of the meek
You tell me what you see, whats wrong with this scene
Divide and conquer of the meek

Magnet Of Negativity

This one night, I couldn't sleep, I'm a magnet of negativity.
This one night, I couldn't dream, it's tearing me apart at the seems.
I was engineered to see in the dark.
Watching my life fall apart.
Polarized field to feel the strain.
Close my eyes the darkness my domain.
Mediocrity fills me with dread
Hanging on by a single threat.
Heavy times on the road ahead.
Sometimes I feel like I'm better off dead.
Mediocrity fills me with dread
Hanging on by a single threat.
Heavy times on the road ahead.
Sometimes I feel like I'm better off dead.
Better off dead.

Second Best

When will I know, how far to go, when I'm alone, when I'm alone.
I can see myself breaking down, breaking down, I hit the ground, didn't make a sound.
Life keeps on changing, I can't get any rest.
My spirit has been fading, I feel like I'm second best.
I feel like I'm second best.
No where to go, too much to owe, I'm on my own, I'm on my own.
There's no escape, it's too late, gotta get way, I made my mistakes.
I keep making mistakes.
Life keeps on changing, I can't get any rest.
My spirit has been fading, I feel like I'm second best.
I feel like I'm second best.
